Our Vesta Versa Straw, known locally as Kinkahe is collected from the tops of the grass stalk. Kinkahe is known as sweet grass by many. Our hand-made baskets, hats and trays are designed by Wajoli and exclusively woven by the indigenous Gurune Frepe people. They are also known as the Frafra tribe.
The application of cold water will allow you to reshape by hand. Please allow it to air dry.
